About Adalat CC
Adalat CC is a medicine containing Nifedipine, a calcium channel blocker which
is used for the treatment of a high blood pressure and for the prevention of chest
pain (angina). Nifedipine works by relaxing the flow of your blood vessels thus
allowing your heart to pump more easily. It may also have other uses
as instructed by your doctor.

according to your doctor's directions, usually one or three times a day. Adalat
CC should be taken an hour or two before meals on an empty stomache. Do not take
a dose higher or lower than your prescribed amount. Do not stop taking Adalat
CC without consulting your doctor. If you forget to take a dose take it as soon
as you remember. If it is time for your next dose take it and continue your regular
dosing schedule. Do not take more than your usual dosage to make up for a missed
one. Do not take it if it's expiration date has passed.

an increased heartbeat, cramps, weariness, abdominal pains, constipation,
